Nova Long-Term Care Ombudsman

The Northern Virginia Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program (NVLTCOP) is a Fairfax County government program that advocates for the rights and quality of life of residents in nursing facilities and assisted living communities across Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, and Loudoun Counties. Established under the federal Older Americans Act, the program helps seniors and families resolve care concerns and navigate long-term care options.
